Permanently delete your account and data.

Delete your account

In the app (fastest): tap the Profile icon → sign in if needed → Delete account → Permanently delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your account record, profile, and Pro-tier record from our systems (encrypted backups fully cycle out within 90 days).

Without the app installed: email privacy@monoink.app with the subject "Delete my account" and the email address you signed up with (or state you used Apple/Google sign-in). We verify and delete within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What deletion does NOT do

It does not refund purchases. monoink's unlocks are one-time purchases (no subscription to cancel). Refund requests, if any, go to Apple/Google under their policies.
It does not touch the drawings and images saved on your device — those were never on our servers. Delete them in the app's gallery or by uninstalling.
Purchase/transaction records required for tax, accounting, and fraud law are retained by the app stores and our purchases provider (RevenueCat) for their legally required periods.

Newsletter only: to leave the newsletter without deleting your account, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or the in-app toggle.
